Resistant to weathering and seawater, Sikaflex 291i is the perfect all rounder: an all-purpose flexible marine sealant that bonds extremely well to all the standard materials used in boat construction. Sikaflex 291i has outstanding elasticity ensures a durable, long-lasting seal.

Key Features: 

• Non-sag 1-C polyurethane sealant specifically developed for the marine market
• Cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture and forms a durable elastomer
• Meets in addition the low spread of flame requirements set out by the IMO
• Can be used for making elastic, vibration-resistant joint seals and can be used for a variety of interior and exterior sealing applications
• Bonds extremely well to wood, metals, metal primers and paint coatings ceramic materials and plastics (GRP etc.)
• Not to be used to seal plastics that are prone to stress cracking
