Your sales team are rude and dismissive, bunch of scam artists.
Hi Noah,
We appreciate you leaving a review, but we do need to correct the claim you’ve made previously. The listing stated clearly and repeatedly that the fenders are sold individually. The product title, description and specifications all confirmed a quantity of one. The images displayed the colour's available and were illustrative only, which is standard practice and does not indicate multiple items are included.
Your assumption that four were included was not supported anywhere in the listing, and the order you received was exactly what was advertised and what was paid for. Our team simply explained this fact.
While we understand it’s frustrating to realise a misunderstanding was made, it is not accurate to suggest the information provided was unclear.
Kind regards,
The Marine Scene Team
