Delivery Information
We can only dispatch orders on weekdays. Orders are sent with DHL or Royal Mail, depending on the nature of the item. Weekend deliveries are not possible, so please order in advance.
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship Distress Flares as no couriers will take them, they are collection only.
- Longer lengths of chain and Liferafts will incur extra shipping cost, this will be discussed with a follow up call.
- Once goods leave our premises, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time and date, however we will do our utmost to get the goods to you as soon as possible.

In case you didn't know, we have a shop!
If you'd like to collect, you can do this in the checkout and click on 'Pickup in store' in the delivery method box. Otherwise you are welcome to come in and say hello, we have thousands of items in our warehouse.

We currently accept orders from all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. The majority of items shipped to addresses are sent via DHL or Royal Mail.
