Delivery is snappy! Radio is well packaged and does exactly what it says on the box and also comes with a quick set up guide which is useful
The mounting depth from the face of the cut out is about 50 mm but the data plug requires a depth of over 70 mm and has led to difficulty in fitting in my case as I only have 60 mm behind the mounting panel face. I will need to try and find a 90 degree adaptor

It is replacing a a robust cover which has served well but wind and horizontal rain are a feature of life up here. The fixing system is extremely flimsy and disappointing to be honest but I suppose the item was not expensive. I feel I need to bite the bullet on the purchase, emptor caveat, and investigate the purchase of a more robust and better secured system. Not meant to be a whinge just not fit for this climate.
Others failing to ship this item thought I would have to remortgage house to pay for shipping. NOT a problem for marine scene... keep up the good work
