Email voucher: Choose a digital voucher delivered by email. The £1.25 physical-card sending charge does not apply.
Physical gift card: Choose a card that can be handed to the recipient. A fixed £1.25 sending charge is added to your selected voucher value, regardless of the denomination. This charge is included in the displayed price when you select the physical-card option.
The recipient receives the full selected voucher value to spend. For example, a £25 physical gift card costs £26.25 and provides £25 of voucher credit. The additional £1.25 pays for sending the card and is not part of the redeemable balance.

How Do I Redeem a Marine Scene Gift Voucher?

- At checkout, enter the unique code supplied with your voucher in the gift-card field and apply it.
- Check that the voucher has been applied to your order before completing your purchase.

What is the difference between an email voucher and a physical gift card?
An email voucher is delivered digitally. A physical gift card provides something you can hand to the recipient and has a fixed £1.25 sending charge added to its purchase price. Both are intended for redemption on the Marine Scene website using the supplied code.
Is the physical-card sending charge the same for every voucher value?
Yes. The sending charge is £1.25 for every physical gift card, regardless of the selected denomination. For example, a £10 physical card costs £11.25, a £50 physical card costs £51.25, and a £100 physical card costs £101.25.
Does the £1.25 charge affect how much the recipient can spend?
No. The recipient receives the full selected voucher value. The sending charge is added to the purchase price and is separate from the voucher balance. A £50 physical gift card therefore provides £50 to spend, even though its purchase price is £51.25.
Can I send an email voucher directly to someone else?
Yes. On the gift-voucher product page, choose the email-voucher option, select I want to send this as a gift and enter the recipient's email address. You can also add their name, a message and an optional send-on date. These fields control the gift email, not the postal delivery address for a physical card.
How long is a Marine Scene gift voucher valid?
Marine Scene gift vouchers and gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What should I do if my gift email has not arrived?
Check the email address entered when ordering, any selected send-on date, and the recipient's spam or junk folder. If the message is still missing, contact us with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Can I check physical-card delivery arrangements before ordering?
