HULK Outboard Fuel Tank Kit - Mercury / Mariner

HULK line of portable outboard motor fuel tanks is made of odor-free high-density polyethylene material in a red/orange colour.

Their robust rotationally mounded plastic construction makes them completely non-corrosive.

They are strong, yet lightweight and will not crack or dent.

Polyethylene material is used since it is unable to rust and has a longer lifetime, contrary to metal tanks. Complying with international standards and is used for fuel collection and storage.

How to Fit the Male Mercury Brass Tank Fitting:

1. Simply unscrew the fuel take-off connector from the fuel tank.
2. Screw the brass fuel fitting into the plastic tank connector.
3. Replace the plastic tank connector with brass fitting attached back into the fuel tank.

Comes with 8mm diameter outlet with filter and a vented cap with seal.

Principally aimed at the marine, food, petro-chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the Hi-Grip 316 hose clip is made entirely from BS316 austenitic stainless steel, providing the the same superior performance as the rest of the Hi-Grip range but with maximum corrosion resistance.

Use to secure the 10mm hose whilst connected to the fuel connectors.
