Description

Keep your boat fenders and buoys performing at their best with the Anchor Marine Fender Inflation & Valve Service Kit. Designed for quick and easy inflation, this practical maintenance kit allows you to restore fenders and buoys to their correct operating pressure using a standard car foot pump, bicycle pump, or garage air line.

An essential addition to any boat owner's toolkit, the kit includes replacement valves and plugs, making it ideal for routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and extending the lifespan of your marine fenders and buoys.

Maintaining the correct inflation pressure helps maximise the lifespan and performance of your boat fenders and buoys. Under-inflated fenders offer reduced protection, while over-inflation can cause unnecessary stress on materials. This convenient service kit ensures you can quickly adjust pressure levels and replace worn valves whenever required.

  • Quickly inflate fenders and buoys to the correct pressure
  • Compatible with standard car foot pumps and garage air lines
  • Complete maintenance kit for routine servicing and repairs
  • Suitable for use with current and older Anchor Marine valve systems
  • Compact and easy to store onboard
  • Essential spare kit for cruising, marina use, and general boat maintenance
  • Kit Contents: Pump adaptor/inflation needle, replacement valve, spare plugs, and bung (compatible with both current and older Anchor Marine valve systems).

Instructions for Changing ValvesĀ

  1. Warm the fender if possible to make the material more flexible.
  2. Carefully remove the old valve using long-nose pliers.
  3. Align the replacement valve with the valve slot.
  4. Firmly push the new valve into position until fully seated. Some force may be required due to the tight fit.
  5. Inflate the fender to the recommended pressure and check for leaks.
