Hempel Dura-Gloss Varnish 02080 is a fast-drying clear marine varnish developed to protect and enhance wooden surfaces above the waterline. Its formulation provides a combination of surface hardness and flexibility, helping resist cracking while maintaining durability in marine environments.

Suitable for new wood and previously varnished wood, it can be used on both interior and exterior boat surfaces including trim, handrails, doors and cabin joinery. The coating provides resistance to weathering and UV exposure, helping maintain the appearance of exposed woodwork.

The varnish can be applied by brush or paint pad using Hempel Thinner 811 when required. Apply multiple coats to achieve the recommended build, sanding and removing dust between coats for a smooth finish.
