Lofrans IRIS II Panel Chain Counter

The Lofrans IRIS II is a wired, bulkhead-mounted panel chain counter for flybridges and boat cockpits. Its 3-inch backlit LCD displays chain speed, deployed mooring length in metres or feet and windlass-system voltage. Choose code 600017 in grey or code 600117 in black.

The IRIS II combines three-button windlass control with chain-counter information in a compact panel measuring 110 × 105 × 15mm. Its high-visibility LCD has eight contrast levels, allowing the screen to be adjusted for different cockpit lighting conditions.

An advanced microprocessor supports an anchor-up alarm, key-tone adjustment and operation of compatible free-fall windlasses. The menu is available in six languages: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish and Greek.

The controller uses wired command transmission and supports parallel connection with compatible windlass controls. A push-in termination connector simplifies wiring and does not require a specialist termination tool.

Both colour variants operate from a 12–24V DC supply and have a maximum contact amperage of 2A. The unit is rated IP67 when correctly installed and is specified for operation from −10°C to +60°C. The listed weight is 225g with the protective cover fitted.
