The Lofrans THETIS 7003, manufacturer code 73633, is a radio-controlled windlass remote and chain counter with a rechargeable three-button transmitter and a 12-24V DC receiver. Its backlit LCD displays deployed chain length, chain speed and system voltage while allowing untethered anchoring control from around the vessel.

Unlike a wired handheld remote, the THETIS 7003 transmitter has no trailing control cable or deck plug. Radio transmission provides greater freedom of movement during anchoring manoeuvres, while the rechargeable battery removes the need for disposable batteries.

The transmitter displays mooring length in metres or feet, chain speed and system voltage. An anchor-up alarm helps alert the operator as the anchor approaches its stowed position. The unit also provides adjustable key tones, a dedicated switch-on button and eight LCD contrast levels.
