The product is fine, exactly as wanted.
The only problem is the carriage cost for small items like this, which was more than the cost of the items themselves.
Surely there must be a better way of managing this (for other suppliers also). How about capping the carriage cost at 50% of the item cost for one order per year (for example) per customer? This would be subsidised by a tiny increase in overall prices. For urgent/express deliveries the customer would still pay the full cost.
