You pay for delivery. It takes a week during which they don’t contact you and the product doesn’t arrive. Because they outsource that they think it is not part of their service.

Immediate Dispatch: Your order was placed, processed, and dispatched on the exact same day (4th August). Our team fulfilled our promise of quick service instantly.
Direct Communication: You claimed you had 'no contact,' which is inaccurate. Our support team did reply to your email when you reached out to request a postage refund.
Courier Delays: Royal Mail took 6 days to deliver the parcel. Once a shipment is handed over to the courier, transit times are completely out of our hands.
Because we processed and dispatched your order on time, we do not refund delivery fees for third-party courier delays outside our control. While it is disappointing to lose a customer, we will not take the blame or issue refunds for courier delays when our team acted immediately.
Others failing to ship this item thought I would have to remortgage house to pay for shipping. NOT a problem for marine scene... keep up the good work
