Quicksilver High Performance Gear Lube / Oil - 1 Litre

Quicksilver High-Performance Gear Lube is a premium marine gear oil formulated with improved emulsifiers to protect gears in the event of water entering the gear housing. It also contains tackifiers to enhance oil film adhesion to gears and internal components, ensuring reliable lubrication.

Suitable for use with all MerCruiser sterndrives and outboard engines, this high-performance gear lube is designed for gear cases above 20hp. It is not compatible with Quicksilver Premium Gear Lube or other gear lubricants and should not be mixed.

Regular maintenance is essential to prevent gearbox damage. It is strongly recommended that gear oil is checked and replaced every 50 hours of saltwater use and before end-of-season storage. This helps protect against water ingress through the propeller shaft seal, which may fail during operation.
