West System 105-K Glass Fibre Boat Repair Kit

The West System Fibreglass Boat Repair Kit contains everything needed to carry out a wide range of repairs on fibreglass (GRP) boats and composite structures. Suitable for repairing cracks, holes, delamination, impact damage and reinforcing damaged laminates, this kit combines genuine West System epoxy with reinforcement fabrics, fillers and application accessories.

Built around the trusted West System 105 Epoxy Resin and 205 Fast Hardener, the kit provides a high-strength, waterproof bond suitable for marine repairs above and below the waterline when used correctly. Two specialist fillers are included to allow both structural bonding and lightweight fairing before finishing.

The supplied biaxial glass tape provides excellent structural reinforcement, while the plain weave tape is ideal for lighter laminating work and finishing repairs. Peel ply helps produce a smoother laminate surface while reducing sanding between layers.
