Whale's Aqua Source Clear Water Filter uses a silverised carbon filter to remove nasty tastes and smells from your water supply, resulting in clear, refreshing drinking water.
The maintenance-free water filter can be mounted vertically or horizontally, with simple installation thanks to the supplied clips.
Once installed, the water filter will last one full season or 4500 litres.
Suitable for use with Whale's Quick Connect/flexible pipework.
Designed for 4500 litres or one seasons' use.
Very slow delivery, which only became clear when I phoned to ask what was going on.
An online order placed on a Thursday evening does not start the delivery process until the following Monday. Not good!

We do feel it’s important to clarify that your expectations around delivery timing are not aligned with standard ordering and dispatch processes. An order placed late on a Thursday evening falls outside normal daily processing cut-off times, meaning it would not realistically enter the dispatch workflow until the next working day. As with many businesses that do not operate full weekend processing, this can result in orders progressing from the following Monday.
This is a widely accepted practice across e-commerce and not indicative of unusually slow service. A 1-star rating suggests a level of service failure that simply isn’t reflected in this situation.
That said, we do acknowledge your point regarding visibility of processing timelines and will review how clearly this is communicated during checkout.
