The Whale WU7207 is an adjustable inline water pressure switch for automatic freshwater pump systems in boats, caravans and motorhomes. It senses pressure changes when a tap or shower is opened or closed, automatically switching a compatible 12V or 24V pump on or off. This is the Whale OEM version and is supplied without a retail box.
What is the Whale WU7207 used for?
The Whale WU7207 converts a simple freshwater pump installation into a pressurised water system. One pressure switch can control a multi-outlet system, allowing taps and showers to operate without a separate switch at each outlet.
How does the pressure switch work?
The switch monitors pressure within the water system. Opening a tap or shower reduces system pressure and activates the pump. Closing the outlet restores pressure and switches the pump off. The cut-in and cut-out pressure can be adjusted to suit the installation.
Which pumps are compatible?
The WU7207 is suitable for use with Whale 12V and 24V submersible pumps and self-venting inline electric pumps. It can also be used with Whale Elegance, Elite and TB taps or faucets.

Installation Requirements
The pressure switch must be installed in a vertical position. An inline pump strainer is recommended upstream of the switch to prevent debris from entering the mechanism and causing damage.
